Quantum Building Maintenance, Inc. was founded in 1976.  it has provided high quality professional services to its clients tha tare both reliable and dependable for over 30 years.  We began in 1976 with a small dedicated crew providing janitorial services to the greater Montreal region in Quebec, Canada.  We were extremely successful because we quickly realized that each client has unique requirements. Quantum addressed this by utilizing a personal touch approach consisting of extensive site supervision and management for all our projects on a timely basis no matter the contract size. Over the next 32 years, the company grew and now provides commercial retail and industrial facilities maintenance services throughout North America at affordable rates.
